Christian Fergo
The critically acclaimed classical guitarist Christian Fergo is committed to preserve the tradition of the Spanish guitar's golden age.
His artistry is defined by his passion for the aesthetics of the Tárrega Tradition and the early 20th Century guitar scene. His refined musicianship and detailed technique is represented especially in his interpretations of the late romantic Spanish repertoire.
Known for championing historical instruments, he often performs on guitars by Enrique Garcia and Daniel Friederich.
In addition to his solo career, he has worked with some of the finest musicians of the 20th Century, such as Alicia de Larrocha and Claudio Abbado and regularly appears in chamber music formations.
